Care Guide

• Always brush your hair thoroughly before washing to remove tangles
• Use only a professional-grade, sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner
• Wash with lukewarm water using gentle, downward motions
• Never scrub, twist, or pile the hair on top of your head while washing
• Apply conditioner only from the mid-lengths to the ends — avoid the roots and attachment areas

Apply a hairstylist-approved lightweight hair oil daily to the mid-lengths and ends to maintain softness, shine, and hydration. Avoid applying oil directly to the extension attachment points.

• Brush your extensions 2–3 times daily using an extension-safe brush
• Always begin at the ends and work your way upward
• Hold the hair near the attachment while brushing to prevent unnecessary tension

• Gently squeeze excess water from the hair using a microfiber towel — never rub the hair dry
• Always ensure the attachment area is completely dry before going to bed

• Always apply a heat protectant before using blow dryers or hot tools
• Keep hot tools at or below 350°F (177°C) to preserve quality and longevity
• Never use hot tools on wet or damp extension hair

• Use a moisturizing deep conditioning mask every 2–4 weeks to restore moisture and softness
• Apply treatments only from the mid-lengths to the ends, avoiding the attachment areas

To protect the integrity of your extensions, avoid products that contain bond-building or protein-repair ingredients, including keratin treatments or similar strengthening technologies. While these products can benefit natural hair, they may leave buildup on extension hair, making it feel dry, stiff, or difficult to manage.
